OUR RATES FOR GENERAL TRANSCRIPTION

KEY: 15 minutes of dictation takes, on average, 1 hour to transcribe.

Normal Work is charged at 23.33p per minute typed, which equates to just under £14.00 per hour typed.

Urgent Work is charged at 31.66p per minute typed, which equates to just under £19.00 per hour typed. (We guarantee that this work will be received by you within 3 hours).

PUT SIMPLY... A 15 MINUTE SOUNDFILE WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR TO TRANSCRIBE AND WILL COST £13.98 IF AT STANDARD RATE AND £18.96 IF URGENT.

OUR RATES FOR TRANSCRIPTION OF TELE-CONFERENCES  

We charge £20.00 per hour typed for this service, based on  "KEY" above.  

OUR RATE FOR ENGROSSMENT OF DRAFT DOCUMENTS

For this service our rate is £16.00 per hour.    

We operate a weekly invoice system, generating on a Friday. Payment is made by electronic transfer (BACS) or cheque.

AND THERE’S NO VAT!!
