Digital Transcription Templates and Precedents
All firms have their own way of doing things!
Simply forward your Templates and Precedents, such as letters, attendance notes, memorandums, etc. to us, carry on dictating in the normal way, and we will do the rest.
With "Predictive Text" there is not even the need to dictate addresses. Once we have a list of your clients’ addresses, and other people you write to regularly, "Predictive Text" will insert this information automatically. However, you will need to spell out names and places in the "body" of the letter/attendance note, at least until we become familiar with them!
All information is stored safely and securely and will not be given to anyone, other than employees of OLS, who will have signed our Confidentiality Agreement.
