Outsource Legal Solutions is run by Carol and Paul Devine.
Carol’s wealth of knowledge of customer service, secretarial and legal experience prompted her to start OLS in 2005 with a view to providing an unbeatable outsource typing and transcription service.
Carol is a legal secretary with 27 years experience. She specialises in Crime, Personal Injury, Prison Law, Wills, Probate and Civil Litigation.
She has worked for some of the most prestigious firms in London, the South East and East Anglia.
Carol has three children, a boy and two girls, aged 16, 14 and 11. She is an avid reader, loves music and enjoys taking her Jack Russells for long walks in the country.
Paul has over 20 years experience in Customer Care.
He is an avid cook and film buff.
Paul is currently losing weight at a rate of knots!
